You may buy as many gift cards as your budget allows. Select your chosen dollar amount and quantity, then "Add to Cart". Repeat this process for additional cards at a different amount.
You may purchase multiple cards in varying value and quantity, in the same order, so long as the total value does not exceed $4,995.00.
Digital gift cards are only available at the values listed, and only in US dollars. You may purchase promo codes at any custom value through go/swag. Note: Unlike digital gift cards, promo code redemption does not include taxes, fees or shipping.
These gift cards are only available in US dollars, but are valid on all Atlassian team Supply Co stores. Please use the "Currency conversion calculator" on the site to choose the value closest to the nearest €, £, AU$ or ₹ that fits your need/budget per card. When entering the digital cards on the stores, the recipient will see their conversion value in real time.
Purchases have a minimum value requirement of $250 combined total. Example: 1 card @ $250 or 10 cards @$25. If your order is less than $250, we recommend you consider buying a promo code through go/swag. Please note that promo code redemptions can not include tax and shipping.
Purchases have a maximum value restriction of $4,995 combined total (plus a $5 service fee). If your order exceeds $4,995, we recommend you simply place 2 or more orders to complete the transaction.
Should you need to purchase cards that exceed this limit, we recommend you simply place 2 or more orders to complete the transaction. You will otherwise not be able to complete the order unless a PO is submitted, as Atlassian requires a purchase order (PO) for any transaction over $5,000. This automated digital gift card system is not designed to accept PO's.
A PO is only required for orders over $5,000. This system limits orders to $4,995, so you do not need a PO. Should you need to purchase an amount that exceeds this limit, we recommend you simply place 2 or more orders to complete the transaction.
Yes, there is a $5 service fee per order, regardless of the total amount purchased. This system is not owned or operated by Atlassian.
You may complete this transaction via credit card, or have it billed to your cost center. If you choose cost center, the cost center of your budget approver will automatically be billed through Coupa. There is no need to pay today. Please ensure your budget approver has access to Coupa before naming them as budget approver. You may be your own budget approver for this transaction, if you are authorized to do so through Coupa.
For sustainability reasons, only digital gift cards are available.
Upon completion of the transaction, the purchaser will receive 2 emails. One will be a receipt, and the other, an email with a bulk list attachment of unique codes, broken down by value. It is up to purchaser how they are distributed, but only the unique digital gift card number is needed.
The recipient may use the value-checker tool on the Team Supply Co checkout page of their purchase to see the value remaining on their card(s).
Yes. The recipient may apply multiple cards (stack them), in varying amounts, to their purchase for maximum discount value.
Yes, the card value can be applied to the entire cost of the order.
So long as your cards have not expired, any unused portion of the digital gift card will be automatically saved.
Gift cards do not expire and will be available as long as you have value on the card.
Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable, not reloadable, cannot be resold, and cannot be redeemed for cash except as required by law. No replacement or refund if lost, stolen, or used without your permission.
Yes. So long as there is value on the card, it is usable by anyone who has the unique digital gift card code. Please note, once redeemed in full, the card will no longer be valid, no matter who uses it.
No. Only Atlassian employees and contractors are authorized to access this Digital Gift Card site (through their SSO) and purchase cards. Anyone can receive and redeem one though on Team Supply Co.
Yes, Team Supply Co is a public facing store, and non-employees may be gifted cards.
No, The Team Supply Co digital cards are only redeemable for Atlassian branded merchandise on their corporate store, Team Supply Co. They cannot be redeemed and are not valid on Atlassian.com or for any Atlassian software subscriptions or purchases.
No, the card value is only redeemable for purchases on Team Supply Co. It may be possible to convert it to a charitable donation, if that option is available on the store.
